This program is designed to teach you long-term life habits that will help you lose your weight and keep it off. We offer realistic programs designed around your individual needs, family and schedule. We offer an abundance of tips relating to nutrition, exercise and behavior modification. It could be anywhere from simple grocery shopping tips, menu planning or teaching you a new exercise routine to challenge you. It generally takes 2 months to learn and adapt to any change in behavior. Within 3 months, this wellness program allows you to learn all the fundamentals to get you on your way to a happier and healthier you!
