I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in September of 2016 and was devastated!


I took this as a sign and an opportunity to rethink my eating habits and lifestyle. I started out by reading and researching online but found myself overwhelmed with the amount of information. I slowly started making changes in my eating habits but still felt horrible.


Christmas was right around the corner. I was extremely busy with work and stressed out so I decided to squeeze in some retail therapy and that is where I met Christina! I was so impressed with her enthusiasm and personality that I couldn’t stop myself from saying something about it to her. So this is how I found out that she was also a health and wellness coach.


I have been on my journey with Christina since December of 2016 and I’m finally starting to feel better. Not only have I learned so much from her, but she has also motivated me to become a completely different person. I went from not exercising for the past 7 years to working out regularly, sometimes 5-6x per week. My eating habits have drastically changed. I went from only eating dinner with my busy schedule to now eating 3 square meals and 2 healthy snacks per day. Christina has also introduced me to hot yoga, which I never thought I would do, and I LOVE IT!


I have lost 20 pounds and I feel terrific. I truly believe it is all because of Christina’s guidance and everything she has taught me. She has me believing in myself again and will be forever grateful.

At 65 years old and 70 lbs overweight, I needed to do something to improve my health.  For the past 40 years I had been yo-yo dieting, trying every trending weight loss plan but kept ending up in the same place.  A friend introduced me to Christina and changed my life, literally.  Christina “got me”. She immediately grasped my needs and fears and explained what I needed to do to get started.  She was so flexible with nutrition that I had no excuses! She was always able to find food that I enjoyed and which would help me on this journey.  She helped me see food as a way to get healthy, not something to avoid.  I ate more than I ever have and continued to lose weight.  This gave me confidence that I was in control of my weight, and energy to start moving more.  Christina gave me exercises that I could actually do, at home, to start building my energy level.  Now I am working out one hour 3 times a week at a gym.  I know I am going to reach my goal and be able to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle that will make a tremendous difference to the rest of my life.

I started working with Christina about 2 years ago. I had been trying for years to lose the extra 15 lbs that had accumulated around my stomach area. No diets or exercise routines I tried had worked. Then a friend who had successfully met her weight goals with Christina suggested I give her coach a call. So I gave her a call. Christina set a plan in place and met with me regularly to assess my progress, provide support through meal planning, recipes and exercise plans. As we worked towards my goals, she would modify my plans to keep me interested and committed. I met my goals with her support and guidance in a short period of 5 months. I lost 20 inches overall and met my weight goal! My name is Andrea. I am 60 years old. I recently returned from a cruise vacation and was upset with my record high weight. I had struggled with my last 10 pounds for a couple of years now so I knew I had a problem that I could not solve on my own.


I’ve known Christina for 30 years and knew she was a nutritional coach and fitness instructor. I was determined to hire Christina to help motivate and educate me in changing my eating habits and improving my exercise regime with the goal of losing 10-15 lbs. I started my program on July 15 and achieved my goal within 6 weeks.

A while back – when out for dinner, a friend told me about a ‘coach’ who might be considered a “nutritional counselor/trainer/life coach”. With the phone number in hand I contacted Christina and we had our first meeting.


I signed up for 16 weeks including – a weekly face to face meeting with daily in touch – text/emailings and the odd phone calls (even when she is on a holiday).


My results are good and I’ve learned a lot.


Importantly, I haven’t been hungry so long as I have followed her instructions.


Even more importantly is her moral support giving me a that lift when needed.

Hi, my name is Heather and I am 25 years old. I began to struggle with weight at a very young age; in fact, I don’t remember a time that I was ever comfortable in my own body. By the time I graduated high school, I was over 200 pounds and feeling horrible about myself.


I met Christina through a friend and have never looked back. She comes to my home and helps me with meal planning, new workouts and encourages me to work hard towards my goal. She reminds me constantly that I deserve to be happy and to not let fear stand in my way.

For the past several years, I found that my weight was slowly but consistently creeping up.  I did not pay much attention to this initially until I realized that my lifestyle had evolved to become very stagnant with less than healthy eating habits.  I periodically started exercising and tried several different diets to try and loss the 10-15 lbs. that had crept up on me and became very frustrated at not having any results.


Christina’s name was passed along to me and I decided to give a personal coach my last shot.  Christina’ positive attitude and knowledge about food and their effects on the body along with proper workout routines to build metabolism was hugely successful.  We met weekly basis to develop an eating and workout plan, tweaking each week based on results.  I saw the results immediately on the numbers on the scale and the inches lost, and within 3 months I had reached my weight loss goal!  I feel healthier and have more energy than I’ve had in a long time and can now rock the skinny jeans!
