Hi Christina!

Just wanted to say thank you for your amazing encouragement, tough love, and patience with me! Sometimes it takes a while for information to finally sink into my overactive brain lol!

I started at 190 lbs earlier this year and I am at 170lbs now. My goal weight is 155-160 and I know I can easily make it happen! It comes down to simple changes.

I’ve come to realize that I need to be nourishing my body and stop treating it like a garbage can.I have stopped eating two hours before bed. I drink way more water. I try to be active even if it’s just 30 minutes a day. But what’s been the biggest change is not eating takeout and reading nutritional labels. I’m still amazed that so many foods that claim to be healthy are not. Thanks to Christina’s advice, I know this now.

I still think about all the things you’ve taught me, and why they make sense!
