Healthy Habits for Young Adults

Childhood obesity has more than doubled in children and quadrupled in adolescents in the past 30 years. In fact, more than 1/3 of our children and adolescents were overweight in 2013 and those numbers continue to rise. As parents, we want to help our children feel good about their self-image, whether it is physically, mentally or emotionally.

We believe that education on nutrition and healthy living begins in your home. In these vital early years, we can help teach and develop the habits and tools that will help them lose weight, increase their energy levels and most importantly FEEL BETTER about themselves. We work with each person based on his or her age, gender and activity level to develop the right program for you. It all starts with healthy habits!
